Our client, a public company, is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to report to the Chief Legal Officer. The AGC will act as a primary legal advisor, responsible for all transactional matters related to company wide operations and strategy, including M&A, commercial, and corporate governance functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starter with sound business acumen.
