Pittsburgh and Ohio Public Companies: 

We have several clients who are currently recruiting securities counsel for both newly public and established corporations in western PA and in western Ohio.  These positions require significant experience with 34 Act SEC filings, including preparation of the proxy and all of the various filings (10k, 10Q, 8K etc.) These are high level positions reporting to the General Counsel, and may also have a direct report. These positions are hybrid or fully onsite, but do require onsite presence weekly.  Big law firm training preferred.  All inquires are strictly confidential.
