Our client, a highly regarded financial institution with a very strong work/life balance component has retained us to assist them in recruiting an Associate General Counsel with solid experience in technology-based contracts, including SaaS, data privacy/data security and Cloud-based issues. This position has the opportunity to grow in a variety of areas beyond technology. Financial institution experience preferred but not required. Two days per week in Pittsbugh office. 5+ years’ experience
