Our client, a public company in Pittsburgh, has retained us to recruit an Assistant General Counsel who will be responsible for managing a team of commercial lawyers along with a business unit. This attorney will also have an opportunity to work closely with the GC, Board and C-suite on a variety of matters including M&A, compliance, and general business unit advice. Management experience preferred, along with strong academic and practice experience. Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred.
