Our client, a downtown public company, engaged us to assist in hiring a Claims Counsel to oversee claims management activities, including:
customer and vendor claims assessment
analysis, management and development of resolution strategy
settlement evaulation and negotiation
counsel project management and sales teams to expedite resolutions and minimize financial impact
train project and sales teams on claims process and strategies to minimize risk
The new counsel must provide strategic leadership to resolve complex commercial claims prior to entering litigation, as well as support internal and external counsel in a wide range of commercial, construction and employment litigation. 10+ years experience required.
